All bows are personally made by me with high quality grosgrain ribbon; edges are sealed to prevent fraying, and are securely attached to the clip.

Please be advised that there are small parts to some bows that can be swallowed. The rhinestones, and other center decorations, while glued on, can still be ripped off in the hands of a 3 year old (or any age). I also met a 5 month old who ate a flower from her barrette. Just know that it’s possible…  Thanks!

Can I return my bows? My bows don’t match my outfit!

Due to the nature of hair bows and sanitary purposes, these are non-returnable & non-refundable, unless it is due to an error on my part. The color you choose is the color bow I make, and all monitor screens/colors are not necessarily the same. If you are trying to match something specific, please email me a picture and together we can determine the best colors to choose. How do I clean my bows?

Grosgrain is 100% polyester and can be hand washed in cold water with mild soap. After doing that, reshape it *you can do this by rolling up tissue paper and fitting it under the loops* and let it dry. To help make the bow hold its shape, I recommend using Aleene's Stiffen Quick, or Stiffen Stuff Spray, that can be found at any craft store. Lightly spray your hair bow and allow it to dry for a couple of hours prior to wear.

Is there sales tax?

Yes, there is. I have to pay the federal government, and if you bought these at a physical store you’d pay sales tax, so I charge it too. It is currently 8.75%  Sorry about that. Good times…

How are my bows shipped and packaged?

Your hair accessories are wrapped in tissue paper and mailed in a sturdy “Bow Box from Shannon Fox”.  Smaller orders will be shipped in bubble padded envelopes.  Since all of the products are handmade by me, please allow at least two weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. If you need them sooner, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

Most packages will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. However, tracking is not always available for packages being shipped to: PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO addresses. Please elect to add insurance for an additional $1.75 if your shipping address is to one of those. In addition, please allow 2-5 days for delivery once your package has been shipped. I ship ONLY to the United States and Canada.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once I have mailed them and provided you with a tracking number and confirmation email. (However, if there is a problem contact me.)

Your personal information is NEVER shared with anyone. I will keep your contact information on file in the event of future promotions. Since you are paying through PayPal, I do not ever come in contact with your credit card information. If you are picking up locally and wish to pay in cash or check, please email me.
